We operate an in-house die maintenance facility equipped with dedicated tooling equipment, enabling us to ensure proper die care, dimensional stability, and extended die life. This allows us to maintain consistent extrusion quality, minimize downtime, and ensure reliable repeatability across production runs. 1. An in-house nitriding facility for extrusion dies allows us to enhance die performance through advanced surface hardening, ensuring longer die life, stable quality, and reduced downtime. 2. We use a specialized de-moulding die machine to facilitate the safe removal of extrusion dies from finished profiles. This equipment allows for efficient die handling, reduces the risk of die damage, and ensures seamless transitions between production runs.
